If you are the typical American who eats 29.2 ounces per day of milk and dairy products (666 pounds per year), during your one-week experiment, you should expel four quarts (1 gallon) of mucous from your body. An internal “fog” will lift from your system. You’ll sleep better, exercise better, have greater lung capacity, and you might even recapture your youth. You’ll even be tempted to throw away your antacids, antihistamines, and other pills made unnecessary by your new discovery, NOTMILK!
On day eight, eat pizza for dinner and have ice cream for dessert, and your internal “sludge” will return in about 12 hours. That will be the most convincing moment of truth for you. My prediction: You’ll forever give up all milk and dairy products.
Find a healer who has taken courses in nutrition in medical school. Many physicians have not. Find an alternative practitioner who recognizes the age-old wisdom that you are what you eat. I wish you the best of health.
