For an excellent
overview on the problems our bodies have with processing animal protein, and
some transitional ideas on how to move from the standard American diet to a
Vegan one, I highly recommend the video, “A Diet for All Reasons,”
by Dr. Michael Klaper,
MD. Of course, Dr. Lorraine Day is still our favorite.
What I appreciated about Dr. Klaper’s video is that he sums up the reasons for the entire veg*n movement in 50 minutes. For me, it’s been a good reminder of why I’m striving to be 100% raw Vegan.
