Liquid oxygen is a metaphor. It's like some people writing that wheatgrass juice is liquid gold! Anything that is juiced or blended will have oxygen remaining in it if it is used within a certain amount of time, and it is not "free," it is bound up with the juice so there is no danger to the body. After awhile, the oxygen disappears and the food "dies."
That is my understanding and if anyone can explain differently, then I want to learn. We are all products of our education.
I also learned that cancer cells cannot grow in petri dishes when fresh wheatgrass juice (which contains oxygen) was added, but would grow in a medium of cooked foods.
