Zucchini Hummus

In a food processor, put:
2 cloves garlic
1 zucchini, peeled
2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raw tahini, Or I just use 1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
2 teaspoons sea salt
Mix till creamy. Eat and it is very good.
