Just a quick note, Jim. I thought you should know that I am soooo enjoying my adventure into my notebook!! I'm only into Lesson 1 but I am finding it well organized and well put together. Did you do that?? I took a peek into a few other chapters and there are lots of options to the 'original' energy soup. Delighted. Thank you for the extra DVDs: that was thoughtful of you.
Stayed in bed last Saturday all day to relax and read and watched 4 DVDs w/ Ann Wigmore. It was a real pleasure to get to hear her speak [although posthumously]. Oh! I also enjoyed the book of her history as a child and young adult. That was amazing. I hadn't heard of her past before.
Your work is fabulous. You've helped me personally tons! And, those that I come in contact with will learn too as a direct result of your work. They know your name and website. Anyone that makes my life and work easier is my cup of tea! I appreciate you.
