As your newsletter is, as I am sure you know, unique as well as valuable. Thanks for putting me on the email list initially. When I lived in Los Angeles I'd get Street Farmer's Market fresh greens of about 8-10 different kinds and make my own juices - drinking 1-1/2 quarts or more per day. I also bought salads at a special place with 7 kinds of sprouts, 7 kinds of leafy greens and 8-9 kinds of hard or other colored vegetables.
VERY strengthening as you would expect.
I lived for 4 months on that, on 4 oz of WG [wheatgrass] 3-4 x a week and on fruit salads in the evening of four or five fruits, some organic. My aura was pretty strong. Hah!

Great. The one thing to remember is that when you juice you're removing the fiber, which is important to your body. That's why I blend, instead.
