Here's an answer I'm giving to a new friend in Jamaica:
"You are in full elimination now. Persist with your enemas. Borrow a far infrared sauna and stick your head down in the hole and cover it with a towel. it will help dissolve the old oils that are causing ear pressure. A lot of peanut stuff is coming up into your ears. It could be from cooked starches with oil in them. This is from your liver. The way to head off the pain in your ears is to eat papaya in your energy soups and rub around your ears with the papaya inner skin or pulp.
"I remember being in a plane one time coming from Puerto Rico when I was in full elimination, just like you. My ears hurt so much I thought I was going to burst my eardrums. I had brought a papaya and I went to the back and opened it and rubbed the flesh on the outside of my neck right underneath my ear; there's a little canal you can feel in between your jaw and your horizontal neck tendons, and I massaged the papaya there for a few minutes and then washed it off."
The papain enzymes dissolve the impossible to separate protein and starch of peanuts and many other nuts/seeds/grains who have that starchy combination and people don't know to soak them. Raw peanuts are not good to eat. My grandpa was a peanut farmer and grape grower early on before he went to work on the railroad.
I then asked the stewardess if I could go to the rear and get some hot water. She had some boiling water and I poured it into crushed towels in 2 paper cups.
It must not be hot enough to scald yet have steam or heat enough to melt the old oils and you have to be very careful. A very hot, hot towel will also do the trick. It worked after I capped the cups carefully over my ears until the steam opened up my ear drums by melting the old wax and oils.
What came out smelled and looked like peanut butter! It WAS peanut butter!
Remember, when we dissolve animal fat with pineapple juice pulp on our hips, if we smell our flesh sweat, it will smell just like the animal we got it from because the fat never changes in our bodies - it stores in the same form.
If we could cut off pieces of our fleshy hips and take it to a lab that they would tell us it was from a pig, chicken, cow, guinea pig, etc.
Peace and Love Be With You,
