6 Avocados
2-3 cups grated carrots
1 med onion (Diced)
3-6 clove garlic (minced)
2-3 lemons juiced
Pinch cayenne
Braggs to taste
Cut Avocado in half – remove avocado from shell - save shell
Mash avocado to semi – smooth consistency (lumpy)
Mix all ingredients together – (Do Not Blend in Vitamix)
Spoon into half shells – Top with a pinch of cayenne
Serve and enjoy!!!!
