4 very ripe bananas
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups soaked almonds
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1. In food processor or Champion juicer homogenize all of the ingredients for the crust.
2. Press into a 9 x 6 Pyrex deep dish.
3. In a food processor blend avocados, bananas, and vanilla until a smooth cream is reached.
4. Spread cream over crust.
5. Top with a generous amount of shredded coconut.
6. Allow to chill for one hour.
