Jim, I wish you could have seen the tears in Lamoy's eyes when I gave her the $100 check from the lady who wrote a letter saying that this was to be used to help her "start her business". Wonderful people donating to help this worthy family. I am all out of organic cherry seeds to send but all I can do is keep praying that people want to share what they have and donate to her before April 15th when they will get a tax writeoff.

As for the lymphoma, wheatgrass juice does work miracles. But, it's not what we add to our diets, it's what we consistently refuse to take into our bodies: salted processed cholesterol and oils of any type. No olive oils, no flax seed oil (just soak the flax seeds or grow them into plants), no animal foods of any type and make sure that the food is liquified (juiced or blended) in order not to stress the body. Don't put any lotions or oils on the surface of the skin because that just adds to the problem. A little avocado and natural oils from soaked nuts and seeds will supply, along with the dark green leafy greens and sea vegetables, everything that is needed in the way of essential fatty acids.

Large Study Links Processed Meat With Cancer

World cancer experts have finally declared what NewsTarget readers learned nearly four years ago: That processed meats cause cancer, and anyone seeking to avoid cancer should avoid eating all processed meats for life.

Hundreds of cancer researchers took part in a five-year project spanning more than 7,000 clinical studies and designed to document the links between diet and cancer. Their conclusion, published in the World Cancer Research Fund's report, Food, Nutrition, Physical Activity and the Prevention of Cancer: a Global Perspective (2007), has rocked the health world with a declaration that all people should immediately stop buying and eating processed meat products and that all processed meat should be avoided for life!

Processed meats, the report explains, are simply too dangerous for human consumption. And why? Because they contain chemical additives that are known to greatly increase the risk of various cancers, including colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, leukemia, brain tumors, pancreatic cancer and many more. The report, published at this DietAndCancerReport.org website also recommends that consumers:

• Avoid all sugary soft drinks for life.
• Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
• Get lean and fit, without becoming underweight.
• Limit consumption of ALL meats (even fresh meat).
• Breastfeed all infants for their first six months, avoiding infant formula.

Sadly, the WCRF still does not recommend that consumers use nutritional supplements to help protect themselves from cancer, indicating that the group still has a lot to learn about the role of medicinal mushrooms, sea vegetables, microalgae, Chinese herbs, rainforest herbs and superfood extracts in preventing and reversing cancer. But at least the group's recommendation that consumers now avoid all processed meat products is a huge step in the right direction.

It is the first time that any internationally-recognized cancer organization has found the courage to make a partial proclaimation about the health hazards of the chemicals found in processed meat products. It's almost as big a deal as when the American Medical Association, after years of taking millions of dollars from tobacco companies, finally admitted that smoking causes lung cancer and heart disease. (A decade after the scientific evidence was irrefutable, of course, but then again, the AMA was making money off Big Tobacco by running tobacco ads in JAMA...)

Processed meat products include:

• Bacon
• Sausage
• Pepperoni
• Beef jerky
• Deli slices
• Hot dogs
• Sandwich meat (including those served at restaurants)
• Ham
• Meat "gift" products like Christmas sausages
• Meat used in canned soups
• Meat used in frozen pizza
• Meat used in kid's lunch products
• Meat used in ravioli, spaghetti or Italian pasta products

... and many more meat products.

What are the dangerous chemicals in processed meats?
Sodium nitrite is one of the most dangerous chemicals added to processed meats. Please be aware:

• You MUST read the ingredients list to find the sodium nitrite! Meat product companies do not list this ingredient on the front of the package.

• Even ORGANIC meat products and NATURAL meat products can still contain sodium nitrite. So read the labels to be sure, and avoid buying any meat product made with sodium nitrite.

• Be especially careful of food for kids! Virtually all packaged food products containing meat and marketed to children contain sodium nitrite! (Read the ingredients to protect your children.)

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a second dangerous chemical found in virtually all processed meat products. MSG is a dangerous excitotoxin linked to neurological disorders such as migraine headaches, Alzheimer's disease, loss of appetite control, obesity and many other serious health conditions. Manufacturers use MSG to add flavor to dead-tasting processed meat products.

Essentially, dead meat products look and taste dead (because they are), so meat companies use the following three ingredients to make them look fresh and taste interesting:

  • Sodium nitrite makes the meat look red and fresh. (But it promotes cancer.)
  • MSG makes the meat taste savory. (But it causes neurological disorders.)
  • Processed salt makes the meat taste more interesting. (But it causes nutritional problems and high blood pressure.)

On top of these three chemical additives, processed meats also contain saturated animal fat that is often contaminated with PCBs, heavy metals, pesticide residues and other dangerous substances.

Strong Link Between Fluoridated Water and Bone Cancer

(WASHINGTON, April 5) — Boys who drink water with levels of fluoride considered safe by federal guidelines are five times more likely to have a rare bone cancer than boys who drink unfluoridated water, according to a study by Harvard University scientists published in a peer-reviewed journal.

The study, led by Dr. Elise Bassin and published online today in Cancer Causes and Control, the official journal of the Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention, found a strong link between fluoridated drinking water and osteocarcoma, a rare and often fatal bone cancer, in boys. The study confirms studies by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the New Jersey health department that also found increased rates of bone cancer in boys who drank fluoridated tap water.

Bassin's study comes on the heels of a National Academy of Sciences (NAS) report that found the federal "safe" limit for fluoride in tap water did not protect children from dental fluorosis or increased bone fractures. The NAS recommended that the allowable limit for fluoride in tap water be lowered immediately.

Cancer strikes fear, dread, sadness and anger in our lives. Cancer is “the disease” of these modern times. How did cancer become such an epidemic and what can we do about it?

As I look upon our society as a whole, I see a society that is ill: overrun with materialism, competition, coldness, sadness and a sincere lack of community where we have a real sense of communion toward each other.

I peer through these observations with a heavy heart because I have experienced these feelings of life. Striving to see the positive, I know many folks are building community, peace and heartfelt feelings toward one another.

However, cancer is not going away anytime soon, and why is that? From the spiritual/emotional aspect, I sense that isolation and loneliness, coupled with the lack of real communication and the over- stimulation of our senses with materialism, is a core factor. People, on the whole, are rather lost and isolated in the true sense of human connection. Anxiety, separation and stress are prevalent in our communities, and these feelings weaken our physical, mental and spiritual forces.

Our society is cancerous and it is deeply affecting everyone.

Looking to the physical world, we have to take into account, the “toxic load” of this world in which we live. The water, air, commercial food and chemical products that are a part of our daily lives are a major part of this cancer epidemic.

What can be done?

Therapeutically, what can be done to decrease the risks of cancer and effectively nourish someone who has this disease, with a high possibility of transforming that person’s health so that the cancer is no more an issue and health and vitality are restored?

The total view of life must be taken into account. Aspects of nutrition, relationships, spirituality, emotions and vocation have to be brought into balance and harmony.

Nutritionally, I have found that a predominately raw foods diet, including raw meat, raw eggs and raw dairy, especially raw butter, gives the body the necessary nutrients to remove and dissolve toxins, dead cells and cancerous cells and to regenerate new cell growth that allows for rebuilding and revitalizing the affected areas of the body. Raw meat is the best source of food to generate new cellular growth, and raw fat is the best source of food to dissolve and remove toxins, dead cells and cancerous cells. Raw fresh vegetable juices will alkalize and oxygenate the body and aid the raw fat in dissolving toxins. This diet can take some time to get used to, but in my professional opinion, it is the best diet to heal from cancer and bring forth health and vitality. All foods should be free of chemicals, and the dairy, eggs and meat should be from pastured chickens, wild fish and cows that eat grass. Various herbs and supplements are also very important to facilitate healing and detoxification.

His work on a committee that showed the incidence of increased or decreased risk of cancers was interesting: the skin cancer showed a correlation with having arsenic in the bathing/drinking water; the 2 worst factors for lung cancer were taking betacarotene as a supplement! and drinking or showering/bathing in arsenic contaminated water.

Decreased risk was shown for other cancers if one eats apples, red grapes, onions, citrus, broccoli, tea, and other quercetin containing foods, non-starchy vegetables and vegetables containing selenium. Fruits were one of the two highest recommended foods.

Concern about aflatoxins in grains, pecans, peanuts, pistachios, potatoes, dairy and walnuts was high on the list of risks. He mentioned red meat and processed meat like hotdogs, bologne and salami, highly salted fish, as bad, and good were cooked tomato sauce (3 x more absorbable than fresh, he stated), pink grapefruit, watermelon, and more than 50 other yellow, orange, and brown/red or green leafy veggies good to eat. Body fatness was a risk.

He personally said that they didn't go far enough in indicting dairy and animal protein and the people being used in the studies are giving the researchers what they want to hear, but their fat intake didn't change at all, that's why there has been lousy press lately about lack of results on low fat diets: they weren't low fat at all!

Dark fruit and veg may fight colon cancer cells

UK: Dark-coloured fruits and vegetables may help to protect against colon cancer, research has shown. Scientists found that the chemicals that give foods such as grapes, radishes, purple carrots and bilberries their colour significantly slow the growth of colon cancer cells.

Evidence from experiments on rats and on human colon cancer cells suggests that anthocyanins, the compounds that colour most red, purple and blue fruits and vegetables, slow the growth of the cells by anything from 50 to 80 per cent.

The findings take scientists a step closer to figuring out what gives fruits and vegetables their cancer-fighting properties.

"These foods contain many compounds, and we're just starting to figure out what they are and which ones provide the best health benefits," said Monica Giusti, the lead author and assistant professor of food science at Ohio State University, Columbus, who presented her findings yesterday at the national meeting of the American Chemical Society in Boston.

In studies on human colon cancer cells grown in laboratory dishes, the researchers tested the anti-cancer effects of anthocyanin-rich extracts from fruits and vegetables with deep colours. Anthocyanin pigments from radishes and black carrots slowed the growth of cancer cells from 50 to 80 per cent.

Pigments from purple corn and chokeberries (almost black berries from shurbs native to North America) not only stopped the growth of cancer cells, but also killed roughly 20 per cent of the cancer cells while having little effect on healthy cells.

This was confirmed by measurements which showed the amount of anthocyanin that was needed to reduce cancer cell growth by half. Extract derived from purple corn was the most potent, in that it took
the least amount of this extract (14 micrograms per millilitre of cell growth solution) to cut cell numbers in half. Chokeberry and bilberry extracts were nearly as potent.

Radish extract proved the least potent, as it took nine times as much to cut cell growth by 50 per cent. "All fruits and vegetables that are rich in anthocyanins have compounds that can slow down the growth
of colon cancer cells in experiments in laboratory dishes and possibly inside the body," Giusti told The Daily Telegraph.

In animal studies, rats induced with colon cancer cells were fed a daily diet of anthocyanin extracts either from bilberries and chokeberries, which are used as flavourings or to make jams and juices.

The anthocyanin extracts reduced signs of colon tumours by 70 and 60 per cent, respectively, when compared with control rats.

Giusti says the results suggest that anthocyanins may protect against certain gastrointestinal cancers. But she stops short of recommending one kind of fruit or vegetable over another. "There are more than 600 different anthocyanins found in nature," she said.

"While we know that the concentration of anthocyanins in the gastrointestinal tract is ultimately affected by their chemical structures, we're just beginning to scratch the surface of understanding how the body absorbs and uses these different structures."

Western diet linked to breast cancer - again

Beijing_fast_food A "western" diet heavy on red meat, starches and sweets is linked to a rise in breast cancer among post-menopausal Chinese woman, according to a study by US and Chinese researchers released Tuesday.

Examining data and interviewing subjects from the 1990s Shanghai Breast Cancer Study by Vanderbilt University scientists, researchers found in the new study a correlation between higher incidence of breast cancer and a move from a diet heavy on vegetables, soy-based products and freshwater fish to a diet labelled "western" that includes a greater proportion of meat, saltwater fish and shellfish, milk, bread, candy and desserts.

Some tanning beds linked to Cancer

Pp108 According to a review of all studies done up until March 2006 investigating the relationship between tanning bed use and cancer, the use of sunbeds before age 35 can substantially increase the risk of developing melanoma, the most deadly type of skin cancer.

Men and women who had ever used sunbeds at any point in their lives were 15 percent more likely to develop melanoma. Exposure to tanning beds before age 35 increased melanoma risk by 75 percent.

There was also a link between tanning bed use and squamous cell carcinoma, a less-deadly type of skin cancer, but no link between tanning beds and basal cell carcinoma, another common skin cancer variety.

European Study Supports Hair Dye-Lymphoma Link

Using hair dye may increase the risk of a type of cancer known as lymphoma, a European study shows.

Dr. Silvia de Sanjose of the Catalan Institute of Oncology in Barcelona and colleagues published in the American Journal of Epidemiology. The researchers found an overall 19 percent increased risk of lymphoma
among people who reported coloring their hair. The increased risk was 26 percent among those who used hair dye 12 or more times a year. People who began coloring their hair before 1980 showed a 37 percent increased lymphoma risk, while those who had only dyed their hair before 1980, but not afterwards, showed a 62 percent increased risk.

Based on the findings, de Sanjose and her team calculate that roughly 10 percent of lymphomas in women could be due to the use of hair dye.

Subject: The pH Miracle for Cancer

Last night we had our first successful teleconference call on the pH Miracle for Cancer.  We answered many important questions concerning the cause or origin of cancer.  The following is a summary of last nights lecture.

First, we must understand that cancer is NOT a sickness or disease but an effect or symptom of metabolic acids and catarrh that has built up first in the blood and then thrown off into the tissues.  I am simply suggesting that cancer is not a mutation of the cell but an acidic liquid that spoils the cells that make up our tissues and organs.

When we are dealing with any symptom we need to look at the cause.  The "New Biology" explains the cause and effect relationship of ALL sickness and disease.

For example, enervation and muscle weakness per se is not a disease but an effect of metabolic acids that have not been properly eliminated through urination, defication, respiration, or perspiration.  Weakness, or lost electrical power, is not a disease, but, by causing a lagging of the eliminaton of acidic tissue waste the blood becomes charged with acids.

When the blood is charged with acids that have not been properly buffered or eliminated through normal channels they are thrown out into the colloidal connective tissue.  This is what causes the one disease -- latent tissue acidosis.  What current medical savants call disease or cancer are the symptoms or effects produced by a forced vicarious elimination of metabolic acids thorugh the mucous membranes.

At first, I postulated that a virus, bacteria, yeast or mold must be the general cause of disease.  Then I discoverd that it was not a virus, bacteria, yeast or mold but the body becoming enervated. But, enervation is not a disease, disease must be due to metabolic acids.  Through many years of reserach I learned that localized or systemic acidosis or latent tissue acidosis is the true cuase of all disease and must be autogenerated.  And if disease is due to autogenerated acids, what is the cause of that autogeneration?  The answer is found in the understanding that our body is in constant need for energy and energy is constantly being consumed to properly function.  Because we are consuming energy to think, breath and move we are also generating an equal amount of metabolic acids as a waste product of that energy consumption.  I realized that if these metabolic waste products or acids from energy consumption were not properly eliminated through urination, respiration, perspi  ration or defication they would be thrown out into the tissues to protect the blood and to be eliminated by the lymphatic system.  And, when the lymphatic system was unable to eliminate the acids from the tissues due to lack of excercise and proper alkaline hydration this was when the body began to spoil and rot.  Just like a banana.

In a few words, without acid there can be no sickness or disease and there can be NO CANCEROUS TISSUE!  It is also true that without acid there can be NO PAIN!  Therefore acid equals pain and pain equals acid or acid equals cancerous cells and cancerous cells equals acid.

I had discoverd that metabolic acids are first retained by the blood and then in the tissues when there is a checking of elimination.  Enervation causes a checking of elimination!  The cause of ALL sickness and disease including all cancerous tissues are NOW FOUND!  Enervation checks elimination of the metabolic waste products --acids.  Retention of metabolic acids in the tissues is the first and the only cause of sickness and disease and ALL cancerous tissues.

After twenty-five years of blood research I had now learned that the human organism is alkaline by design and acidic by function.  When we become enervated from poor lifestyle and dietary choices we begin to retain metabolic acids in our tissues and organs and begin to spoil and die.  When we make alkaline lifestyle and dietary choices we begin to properly eliminate the metabolic acids from our tissues and organs and we can then live a long and healthy life free from all sickness and disease including the symptoms of cancerous tissue.

In summary of the questions discussed last night in our teleseminar I present to you the following short answers to some very important questions:

1) What is Cancer?  Cancer is an acidic liquid from metabolism that spoils and ferments the human cell.

2) Is cancer a mutant cell? NO.  Human cells do not mutate they transform and adapt to their environment.

3) Is cancer caused by a virus, bacteria, yeast or mold?  No.  A virus, bacteria, yeast or mold are biological transformations of what use to be organized healthy matter.  Germs are not the cause of disease but the evidence of an over-acidic environment.

4)  What is the number two cause of death in women?  This would be cancerous breast tissue.  When the blood is charged with metabolic acids that have not been properly eliminated they are thrown out into the fatty tissues.  When acids are thrown out into the fatty breast tissue this causes spoiling of the breasts.  To prevent the spoiling of the breasts the body buffers these acids with calcium causing breast stones or micro-calcifications.  If the spoiling continues the body will encapsulate the rotting tissue forming a tumor to protect the healthy tissue.  Calcifications and tumor formation is the body's way of protecting itself and the healthy tissue from toxic metabolic acids.

5) What is the cause of prostate cancer?  Prostate cancer is a condition of systemic acidosis that has localized in the prostate gland.  Prostate cancer is the spoiling or rotting of the prostate gland form over acidity.  There is no other cause.

6) Is cancer a noun or an adjective?  There is no such thing as a cancer cell -- there are only acidic or cancerous cells.  The word cancer does not explain the true nature of the cell and what is happening.  Cancer is an adjective not a noun.  Cancer is something we do not something we get!
Cancerous tissue is an expression of poor acidic lifestyle and dietary choice.  For example, if you smoke the acids from the smoke will spoil your lungs giving rise to cancerous lung tissue.  If you eat acid sugar it will spoil your breasts or prostate.  If you eat meat the acids (nitric, uric, suphuric and phosphuric) from meat will spoil and rot your bowels giving rise to cancerous bowels.

7) Are tumors good or bad?  Tumors are good and are helping to protect healthy cells and tissues from cancerous or spoiled rotting cells and tissues.  Just like one rotten apple will spoil a bushel of apples so one rotten acidic cell will spoil a bushel of healthy cells.  To stop the spoiling of cells from metabolic acids the body forms a turmor and encapsulates the spoiled cells as a protection for the healthy cells.

Leaner mice able to fight tumors

(AP) Fatty tissue may decrease the body's ability to kill off cancer, says a study that found making mice leaner — through exercise or surgery — seemed to help them fight skin tumors.

Scientists have long known that people who are overweight are at increased risk of certain types of cancer. The question is why, and whether slimming down will lower that risk or do any good after a tumor forms.

I'm so excited to see how you've grown, Paul.

I need to correct you on one little point.  Dr. Ann never went to the Hippocrates West Palm Beach facility.  People were told that she was coming many times, but she never did.  She went to her Institute (The Instituto de Ann Wigmore in Aguada, Puerto Rico) and to Boston, and we travelled to many other places where she gave talks, but not to WPB.  That is Brian's.

I need to ask your help (not only for you to sit down when you eat!).  I just had to helplessly watch my 46 year old daughter die from the way she was treated at the National Cancer Institute at NIH.  She had asked me to promise that I not say anything to the doctors at all, not one thing, and I did what she asked, and had to go into the TV room and cry and bawl when I saw how bravely she tried to continue to believe in them, until her doctor told her, "Sherri, what have we done to you?" and she then said, "Mom, I'm going to have to do this myself.  They don't know what they are doing." 

There were some OK foods on the list, but most of them were mucus producing and caused the body to go into an auto-immune reaction, like tomato (which fruit contain malonic acid which lowers the immune system and prevents amylase and protease utilization as well as being an inflammatory agent) soup with milk and salt in it, and even though watermelon was on the list, there was never any available.  I had to go where the doctors ate to buy some and bring it up to her room.  She had been given permission to have her family make the energy soup, a juicer and blender were available, but she wanted to make sure that it didn't interfere with anything on the medical protocol, and because some of what was given to her had grain in it, the enzymes in the soup resulted in gas/distention/bloating and so the soup was discontinued (not the grain that was causing the problem).

The major problem I saw was of a lack of knowledge about the body being able to heal itself, a lack of understanding about the side effects of certain drugs by the doctors.  Her doctor didn't know, for instance, that Bactrin (a drug that made her blister as if she had a 3rd degree burn all over her arms and face) was banned in England, a drug that is available over the counter here in the U.S.  He was unaware that she should have been tested for sulfa allergy before being given that.  These doctors need help to understand the healing process so that they won't fight so hard against it.

The room was too cold (not as cold as other hospital rooms I've been in visiting people) for her to sweat (needs 85 degrees to heal, as Dr. Wigmore knew), and the sheets were not 100% cotton so that she could sweat into them.  Her clothes were not 100% cotton either.  One of the precipitating factors was that she wore a bra 24 hours a day, and this has been found to cause cancer because of the lack of circulation in the breast area.  Another was that they were rubbing her with a lotion (petroleum distillate derivative) that was clogging up her pores and not allowing her to sweat. Another was that she had a cell phone with her almost constantly.

The most important thing that they didn't know was that a fever is not always caused by infection. The body, if the immune system is working at all, will increase it's temperature to melt fat/mucus that is in the way, clogging up or decreasing the flow of lymph, blood, and electricity. This is not something to be fought against, but encouraged, and all I saw were people, well meaning but innocently ignorant, frantically trying to 'kill' this 'enemy' fever.

After working side by side with Dr. Wigmore for over 2 decades, I had learned that cancer was nothing to worry about.  Every 2 weeks I watched the cancer patients getting well.  They were amazed it was so simple.  They just starved the illness to death by only feeding the cells living food which would generate life in a form (blended or juiced) which would be easily assimilated; they killed it by the use of freshly made wheat grass juice implants, fresh air, natural clothing, sunlight and positive thoughts and words, using a skin brush, loofa and trampoline to keep the lymphatic system clean, etc.  The dissemination of this knowledge needs to be speeded up and focused on the key pivot people in the medical field now.

I need some of you men and women who are expressing themselves so clearly to begin a conversation with the leaders of the National Cancer Center in Bethesda.  God will lead you to the manner and as to the timing, but these men are frantic as they see only 2 of their hundreds of participants live, and the rest die.  The human guinea pigs included my daughter. Our living food way is so easy and they are ready for it now.  If you could have seen the looks on their faces as they stood at the end of my daughter's bed and looked at the blisters that were popping into one another, you would know that they are panicked and frustrated and numbed by the numbers of deaths.  Someone who has the voice to help them needs to tactfully yet forcefully get this information to them so that they can try it, come to the places where it is being done properly, if there is any place left.  This life-saving information cannot be just part of an 'underground railroad' but needs to be mainstream in every language of the world. 

When my daughter was first diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma a decade ago, she promised God that she would use whatever time was given her to make sure that her son knew he was loved, and she did that.  Her life was not in vain.  I want her death not to be in vain and you, and friends like Vic, Valery, Neal, Brian, Gabriel, Brenda, Mike, Jim, Steven and others, I pray, will join you in this most important life-generating information up-load.

This will be the most important 'lobbying' effort you will ever be involved in.  This will take courting the leaders (and their wives or whoever they sleep with) of the medical/nutritional field, choosing those who are tired of killing people and brave ones, who are not afraid to use their reputations and 'names' to step out and be counted by using something that helps not hurts.  These brave doctors I saw are desperate for answers and the drugs are not supplying them.  You can make a difference, not for my daughter, but perhaps for your own daughter, some day in the future.  Think globally, not nationally. The only enemy now is ignorance.  Remember reading how Pasteur wrote that he had made such a mistake running after ways to kill germs because he realized on his deathbed that it wasn't the germs that were the problem, it was the mucus/culture into which the germs fell, finding substance to reproduce and 'take over'.  Think how this information can be used in Africa, in Russia, in every country that battles the rise in illness since altered oils/fats and insecticides and pesticides have been imported into them. 

You can make the difference, with God's help.  Please continue to be one of God's angels to spread the living word.

Eating too much meat thought to cause Colon Cancer

Until recently, eating a high-fiber diet was thought to prevent colon cancer, but it has proved disappointing.

Now the focus has shifted to "excessive meat consumption," says Jeffrey R. Prince of the American Institute for Cancer Research. Possible villains in meat: heme iron, nitrates, nitrosamines and salt in processed meats, and heterocyclic amines in meats cooked at high heat. Also, high meat intake produces gut byproducts that are carcinogenic.

Prince says that the benefits of fiber aren't ruled out. Besides, high-fiber eaters are likely to eat less meat and vice versa. Other colon cancer factors: obesity, a lack of folic acid and little exercise:

Mandarin Oranges may cut liver cancer risk

Japanese scientists found the key were vitamin A compounds called carotenoids which give the fruit its orange colour.
