Legally Avoiding Immunizations

Dr. Mark Nesselson, a New York pediatrician who conspired with families to get their children into school without state-mandated vaccinations, has been fined $10,000 and told he can practice only under supervision. Dr. Nesselson admitted to falsifying forms for four children in two families, and later admitted that he had done the same for a handful of other families over the years.

The parents of his patients, who knew Nesselson was falsifying the forms, were concerned about the potential adverse health effects of vaccines.

Nesselson began to question the safety of vaccines in the 1990’s, after seeing many autistic children whose parents said that the onset of the disorder coincided with vaccinations.

Nesselson’s actions were discovered after he moved to Hawaii two years ago and gave medical records to his patients' parents to take to their new doctors. A new pediatrician seen by two families turned Nesselson in.

There are two basic axioms you should never forget. They are the rock upon which all your actions are based.

1. Nobody, anywhere or any time and under any circumstances has the right or power in this country to immunize you or your children against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with "assault with a deadly weapon" and have the full resources of our laws behind you.

2.  At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate you against your will are on very shaky ground. Jailing Parents Over not Vaccinating - A Terrorist Act?

With the help of two state judges and the head of the local school board, Glenn Ivey conspired to terrorize parents with threats of having them taken from their homes at gunpoint (being arrested) and forcibly separated from their families by throwing them in jail for up to 30 days if they refused to have their children vaccinated with drugs that contain the toxic heavy metal mercury.

There is absolutely no question that under the new legislation that's about to pass the Senate, called the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, Glenn Ivey's actions would qualify as acts of terrorism. Glenn Ivey, of course, will never be prosecuted as a terrorist under this law. But if you or I picked up a gun, shoved it in the faces of parents, and threatened to kidnap them if they didn't inject their children with toxic mercury, there's no doubt that we'd be arrested and charged with numerous crimes. So why does the state of Maryland get away with making essentially the same threat?

Because in a fascist police state, the laws are never applied to the criminals running the State. Laws are selectively applied only to the citizenry, not the officials, bureaucrats and law enforcement personnel who are protecting the power structure. This is, in fact, a key sign of an unjust society: The King's laws never apply to the King! (Only to the peasants...)

Ignoring the rule of law, essentially, it means there are two tiers of law. At the bottom, there are all the laws that apply to the people, which include this anti-terrorism legislation. But at the top, none of those laws apply to the people running the State.

Soldier Refuses Anthrax Vaccine

Government: "Vaccines threaten up to 44,000 soldiers"

A U.S. soldier in Iraq is being punished for refusing an anthrax vaccine that has a questionable safety record and apparently will be drummed out of the service.

But such punishments may be of no avail to the military; the word already is out in a government report that up to an estimated 44,000 service members could end up with "severe adverse events (including) disability or death" from such mandatory medicines.

The recent case involves Pfc. Leif Hamre, 22, who reports he's been subjected to threats and intimidation after refusing to take the controversial anthrax vaccine and was given a variety of punishments, including 18-hour work days.

Hamre reports he was given an ultimatum in June to take the vaccine or be punished but couldn't accept the medication, especially after he discovered the military wasn't even handling the vaccines under the rules for storing it at the correct temperature.

In an open letter to friends and family members, he said, "The tactics they have used to coerce me into taking the shot are unregulated, unscrupulous and downright un-American."

He reported he then was given an Article 15 – a non-judicial punishment in the military – and his mother reported he was taken off missions, assigned extra duty and had his pay scale lowered.

The controversial shots first were mandated for U.S. military troops heading to the Middle East for the Gulf War in 1991, then required in the late 1990s and again for the Iraq War in 2003.

But the vaccine has been linked by investigative journalist Gary Matsumoto in his book, "Vaccine-A," to the Gulf War Syndrome, and a recent report from the General Accounting Office even confirmed that tens of thousands of soldiers are expected to suffer significant health threats from the mandatory vaccinations.

The Facts About Immunization

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, a division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has released the 2007-2008 recommended immunization schedules for adults in the US.

The schedule includes 11 different types of vaccines for adults, including:

• Tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis (Td/Tdap)
• Human papillomavirus (HPV)
• Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
• Influenza
• Herpes zoster (shingles)

Key changes in this year's recommendations include:

• Varicella (chickenpox) vaccination is recommended for all adults that have no apparent immunity to the virus
• Zoster (shingles) vaccination is advised for all adults 60 years of age and older, regardless of whether they have had a prior shingles episode
• HPV vaccine is recommended for women over the age of 26, who have not already completed the three-dose series
• Did you know they’re even working on a vaccine for dental caries (cavities)?

I about fell off my chair when I read that one. But it’s true. The CDC actually defines dental caries as an infectious, communicable disease, and a vaccine may be here sooner than you think.

This is beyond ridiculous when you consider that there are many cultures in the world that simply have virtually NO tooth decay and I can strongly assure you that it has absolutely nothing related to any vaccine. It is because they are not eating processed foods and sugars and are mostly consuming foods appropriate for their nutritional type.

I firmly believe, as Dr. Weston Price confirmed in his pioneering research a century ago, that if you eat the proper foods you can avoid dental decay virtually your entire life.

Unfortunately that simply wasn’t true for me and the majority of my teeth were LOADED with silver mercury amalgam fillings by the time I graduated high school. It wasn’t until the mid 90s that I realized that it was best to have the mercury removed BUT unfortunately I saw a conventional dentist that was clueless about the precautions required to remove these fillings and as a result, I suffered some kidney impairment that I still struggle with today.

So if you have silver fillings removed make sure that a good “biological” dentist does the replacements for you. My current favorite replacement material is a metal free composite. I actually have two bridges constructed from this and a mouth full of composite crowns.

Why do People Still Believe in the Flu Shot?

But getting back to the vaccines, Big Pharma may appear idiotic, but they are no fools. They know people want guaranteed safety. “Here, take this shot and nothing bad will happen to you,” they say. And a lot of people believe them, even when evidence of the opposite comes out. They just want the magic pill to be true.

Some hard-hitting evidence released just a couple of months ago should make anyone think twice about the flu shot: flu vaccines have NEVER been proven to prevent flu-related deaths in people over age 65, which is one of the primary groups for which they’re recommended.

You may also be shocked to learn that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) grossly distorts the facts about flu deaths. If you go to the CDC’s main flu page, you’ll see their statistic that about 36,000 people die from the flu in the United States each year.

But if you search a little harder, you can find the actual number of people who died from the flu in 2005 (this is the most recent data that’s available). Want to take a guess at what it is?

In 2005, 1,806 people died from influenza, not 36,000. And in 2004, there were just 1,100 flu deaths.

The statistics the CDC gives are skewed partly because they classify those dying from pneumonia as dying from the flu, which is not at all true or accurate. For instance, their 2005 statistics lump influenza and pneumonia deaths together, at 62,804 deaths.

But broken down, there were 60,998 deaths from pneumonia and just 1,806 from the flu.

This will not stop the powers-that-be from touting their yearly fall warnings about this year’s upcoming flu season, and all the flu deaths that will follow. The media (which is largely controlled by corporations, many of which are making or selling the flu shots or the junk food that will actually make you more vulnerable to the flu) would have you believe that getting the flu shot is all you need to do to stay healthy all winter.

How to Prevent the Flu Naturally

For most people the flu shot does not make you healthy; it does just the opposite, as it weakens your immune system. It appears that some of you in the medical field are beginning to catch on to this, with less than 40 percent of health care workers getting flu shots in 2006.

The truth is, if you follow a healthy lifestyle, you will not have to worry about getting the flu.

Take it from me -- I’ve never received a flu shot, and I haven’t missed a day of work due to illness in over 20 years. The key steps that I follow to stay flu-free, which I suggest you follow too, include:

• Get plenty of sunshine or vitamin D
• Eat right for your nutritional type, including avoiding sugar
• Exercise
• Get adequate sleep
• Address emotional stress
• Wash your hands regularly
• Take the Time to Make Informed Decisions

Whether or not you will subject yourself to the flu shot, or any of the other recommended vaccinations, is an important decision. Unless you’ve already studied it carefully, I would implore you to spend some time analyzing both sides of the argument before you make up your mind. Forced Vaccinations in Maryland

(NewsTarget) Following the State of Maryland's threats against parents who refuse to have their children vaccinated, children were herded into a Price George County courthouse being guarded by armed personnel with attack dogs. Inside, the children were forcibly vaccinated, many against their will, under orders from the State Attorney General, various State Judges and the local School Board Director, all of whom illegally conspired to threaten parents with imprisonment if they did not submit their children to vaccinations.

The State of Maryland has now turned to Gestapo tactics to force its medical will upon the People, stripping parents of any right to decide how they wish to protect their own children from infectious disease. Health authorities there have already announced their intent to essentially kidnap parents and throw them in jail, removing them from their children for up to thirty days if they continue to refuse to have their children vaccinated. This will all be conducted at gunpoint, with armed personnel and attack dogs at the ready, making sure nobody steps out of line, and suppressing any attempt at public dissent against the Orwellian vaccination policies.

The entire campaign against these parents is blatantly illegal. There is no law in Maryland requiring the vaccination of children, thus parents who refuse to do so may not be legally charged with violating any law. Instead, Maryland health and school authorities are using Gestapo-like tactics, threatening to charge the parents with child truancy violations, criminalizing them for daring to protect their children from the dangerous chemicals found in vaccines (including thimerosal, a chemical additive containing a neurotoxic form of mercury).

Children with autism get day in court

WASHINGTON - In excruciating detail, an Arizona mother on Monday described severe autism and devastating health problems that plague her 12-year-old daughter and asked a court to find common childhood vaccines were the cause.

The test case is being closely watched by nearly 5,000 families of autistic children who have lodged similar claims for compensation from a federal fund.

The case of Michelle Cedillo, of Yuma, Ariz., is the first alleging a vaccine-autism link to be heard in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. It and eight other test cases are important because they will guide the handling of the other pending claims. Most contend that a mercury-rich preservative called thimerosal is to blame for the impaired social interaction typical of the disorder.

Should they prevail, the families will be eligible for compensation from a federal vaccine injury fund established by Congress to ensure an adequate supply of vaccines by shielding manufacturers from lawsuits. No autism claim has been paid from the fund thus far.

Large scientific studies have found no association between autism and vaccines containing thimerosal.

Government attorney Vincent Matanoski dismissed much of what the plaintiffs are expected to present during the three-week hearing as conjecture or speculation.

"You'll find their hypotheses untested or, when tested, have been found false," Matanoski said.

Theresa Cedillo said her daughter suffered five days of fever, her temperature often spiking to 105 degrees, after receiving a measles, mumps and rubella vaccination at age 15 months. Michelle was a happy, robust, responsive and loving child — in short, normal — but hasn't been the same since, her mother told the court.

Wearing noise-canceling headphones, Michelle was brought into the courtroom in a wheelchair at the start of the proceedings. She stayed only a short time, moaning audibly several times. Besides autism, Michelle suffers from inflammatory bowel disease, glaucoma and epilepsy. In addition, her bones, weakened by years of malnourishment, are prone to breaks, Theresa Cedillo said. Everything she eats is pumped in through a feeding tube, except for crackers and water.

"Clearly the story of Michelle's life is a tragic one," Special Master George Hastings Jr. said in thanking the family for allowing theirs to be the first test case. Hastings pledged he and two other special masters would listen carefully to all evidence.

Theresa Cedillo and husband Michael allege thimerosal-containing vaccines weakened their daughter's immune system and prevented her body from clearing the measles virus after she was immunized. That theory is one of three alleged by the thousands of plaintiffs. The others claim either thimerosal or the measles vaccine alone caused their children's autism.

"We hope to find out what happened and hopefully get the help she needs," said Theresa Cedillo, who takes care of her daughter full time at home.

The burden of proof is easier than in a traditional court. Plaintiffs only have to prove that a link between autism and the shots is more likely than not, based on a preponderance of evidence. But many parents say their children's symptoms did not show up until after their children received the vaccines, required by many states for admission to school.

"These are families who followed the rules. These are families who brought children in for vaccines. These are families who immunized their children," Cedillo attorney Thomas Powers said. Later, outside court, he cast aside any suggestion his clients were anti-vaccine.

Autism is characterized by impaired social interaction. Those affected often have trouble communicating, and they exhibit unusual or severely limited activities and interests.

In 1999, the U.S. government asked vaccine manufacturers to eliminate or reduce the use of thimerosal in childhood vaccines to limit infant exposure to mercury. Today, the preservative is no longer found in routine childhood vaccines but is used in some flu shots.

The nine test cases will be heard consecutively over the next year. A ruling in the Cedillo case could take months or longer, attorneys said.

Sleight of Handling: More Merck Magic Tricks With HPV Vaccine

Legislatures in roughly 20 states have introduced measures that would mandate girls have the vaccine to attend school. Last week the House of the Virginia state legislature passed just such a measure.  The state Senate had already passed a similar measure.

The last clause buried deep down in the final bill that was passed calls for sharing information “without parental authorization, including, but not limited to, the month, day, and year of each administered immunization; the patient's name, address, telephone number, birth date, and social security number; and the parents' names.”

Draconian measures against parental and children’s rights for a draconian measure to be sure.

The Merck HocusPocusVaccine contains sodium borate (a common roach killer) in each of its three doses.

The National Library of Medicine (NLM) of the National Institutes of Health notes of sodium borate that it “is now known to be a dangerous poison, it is no longer commonly used in medical preparations.”

That was published in 2005.  Yet the FDA in 2006 approved the Merck vaccine with this “dangerous poison” to be “commonly used” in these vaccinations that are most definitively “medical preparations”.

The symptoms of sodium borate poisoning, according to the NLM citation, include many of the side effects being reported after less than six months of the vaccine usage.  These include convulsions, collapse, and seizures (twitching of facial muscles, arms, hands, legs, and feet).

“Every magic trick consists of three acts: the Pledge, the Turn and the Prestige,” a certain movie opens.

Look closely at the Merck magic trick.

The Pledge is cervical cancer prevention.

The Turn is the twisting of reality from the fact that at best this vaccine has only some effectiveness against some viruses that cause some cervical cancer.  The sum total of all that leaves this new vaccine some considerable distance from elimination of all cervical cancer.

The Prestige is the $4 billion dollars to be gained annually according to Wall Street analysts if this vaccine is made to be mandatory.

Why do Drugmakers Still Defend the Use of Mercury in Their Vaccines?

Health advocates have expressed outrage over a CDC recommendation that pregnant women, infants and children should continue to receive injections of thimerosal-containing flu vaccines, which contain mercury.

This recommendation comes despite an Institute of Medicine advisory that mercury-containing vaccines should not be injected into these sensitive populations. Thimerosal's harmful effects on the immune, metabolic and nervous systems have been widely documented.

However, Dr. Jay Lieberman, while making a presentation for the CDC regarding the recommendation, ignored the bulk of peer-reviewed research, and instead focused on a small number of highly criticized and flawed epidemiological studies that have found no harmful associations.

Dr. Lieberman has been a consultant to Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, and Sanofi-Pasteur, and is on the speakers' bureau for all three vaccine-makers. Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, and Sanofi-Pasteur all currently use thimerosal in their products.

Growing controversy over new Merck vaccines

Gardasil, Zostavax, and Rotateq were all vaccines introduced by Merck in late 2005 in an attempt to turn their finances around in the wake of litigation over thousands of deaths allegedly caused by the painkiller Vioxx.

However, Gardasil has caused conflicts between state legislatures who want to require young girls to take it and parents who believe such laws circumvent their rights. Meanwhile, Rotateq, designed to prevent gastrointestinal illnesses in children, has led to growing incidents of intussusception, a rare and life-threatening form of intestinal blockage.

In the wake of the continuing controversy over the Gardasil human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, Merck has ended its lobbying campaign to make Gardasil a mandatory vaccine in the United States. The American Academy of Pediatrics, which has been supportive of Gardasil, was nonetheless pleased about the end of the campaign, citing concerns about requiring another vaccine for a problem that doesn't have a large impact on health nationwide.

At the same time, reports are being made of side effects associated with Gardasil, including fainting and dizziness. But a potentially far more dangerous risk is the growing incidence of intussusception among children who use Merck's vaccine Rotateq. Intussusception occurs when the intestine telescopes into itself, causing an obstruction of the bowel that is repaired surgically.

Most Americans unaware of mercury in flu shots

FLU SHOTS CONTAIN MERCURY

A survey of over 9,000 Americans found that an overwhelming majority of people had no idea their flu shots contain mercury. "More than 75 percent of Americans feel a mercury-containing flu shot should not be given to a pregnant woman or a child," said Lisa Handley, a founding parent of PutChildrenFirst.org, the group that organized the survey.

Handley's own son, Jamison, had an adverse reaction to a flu shot containing mercury in 2003. "I know firsthand how life-changing a flu shot with mercury can be, since our son began his regression into autism after his flu shot."

In 1999, government agencies called for the removal of Thimerosal, the mercury-based preservative in most vaccines. Characters from "Happy Feet," an animated movie about a tap-dancing penguin, are appearing in an extensive advertising campaign for the drug company Roche, including network and cable commercials, full-page magazine ads and online banner ads.

The commercials advertise Roche's www.flufacts.com Web site, which dispenses advice about the flu, and notes that doctors can prescribe an antiviral medication for prevention and treatment. Roche's own drug Tamiflu is at the top of the list of these medications.

According to Rob Donnell, the president and founder of Brand Arc, the company that helped bring together Roche and film distributor Warner Brothers, this marks the first time that a pharmaceutical company has partnered with the entertainment industry.

Influenza Epidemic and Vitamin D

In early April of 2005, after a particularly rainy spring, an influenza epidemic (epi: upon, demic: people) exploded through the maximum-security hospital for the criminally insane where I have worked for the last ten years. It was not the pandemic (pan: all, demic: people) we all fear, just an epidemic. The world is waiting and governments are preparing for the next pandemic. A severe influenza pandemic will kill many more Americans than died in the World Trade Centers, the Iraq war, the Vietnam War, and Hurricane Katrina combined, perhaps a million people in the USA alone. Medical experts exaggerate the benefits of harmful flu vaccines

A new study contends that the effectiveness of annual flu shots has been exaggerated; they have little or no effect on many influenza campaign objectives, including reducing the number of hospital stays, time off work, and death from influenza and its complications.

Influenza vaccination programs in place are said to reduce the number of cases of flu, in addition to related hospital admissions and deaths. In the United States, authorities recommend flu vaccine for all children 6 months to 5 years old, anyone 50 or older, those with chronic health conditions, and health-care professionals and caregivers.

The effects of flu programs could be exaggerated due to a conflation of influenza with other influenza-like respiratory illnesses in published reports. Concerns surround meningitis vaccine for college students

Many incoming college students must take the meningococcal vaccine or risk not being admitted to their school.

But 41 percent of the vaccine's recipients report headaches, 35 percent report fatigue, and 20 percent report aches and pains in their joints.

In addition, the vaccine does not protect against one-third of the strains of the disease, and does not guarantee immunity against any strains.

Less than 1 in 100,000 contract the meningococcal meningitis disease annually in the United States and 50% of those cases are in infants. Of those who do contract the disease, most recover fully and fatalities are in less than 10% of the case.

Chinese police arrest vaccination protesters

"Chinese police hauled off a small group of people on Thursday who had arrived in Beijing's Tiananmen Square to protest what they say are bad vaccines which have crippled their children, one of the demonstrators said. They say that their children were vaccinated against Japanese encephalitis B in 2003 in the southern province of Guangdong, and that the vaccine has paralysed their sons and daughters. In what should be a warning to all parents in all nations, a recent report out of China that state police have arrested parents of vaccine injured children protesting toxic vaccines in Tiananmen Square. Government health officials are denying any connection between what happened to the children and the Japanese encephalitis vaccine they were injected with in 2003.

The pattern of cover-up by public health officials around the world of the toxic effects of vaccines and the oppression of the people who are forced to take them is consistent and it is becoming more widespread. The unchecked power that has been handed over to medical doctors in charge of public health programs in every nation has resulted in victimization of the people who have been denied the human right to informed consent to medical risk taking. When vaccines damage children or adults, the victims of vaccine damage are left to fend for themselves and are often victimized twice by medical doctors and government officials who refuse to take responsibility for what has happened.

Protesting parents of vaccine damaged children arrested in Tiananmen Square today are a prophetic warning: tomorrow it could be the parents of vaccine damaged children in London's Trafalgar Square or New York's Washington Square being hauled away by the police for daring to protest the killing and crippling of their children with toxic vaccines. The justification? The parents speaking out are a threat to the "public health."
