I am new to this raw-food thing and very cautiously trying out more and more raw in my food without yet having done the leap into no-cooked food.

I would love to go to a place to learn hands-on but right now I can't (I
live in Quebec city). The home program would be of course a good alternative
(and thank you for doing it) but I have the feeling that nothing compares to the
direct observation and trying out.
I am going to try your smoothie in my food processor (as I don't yet have a
Vitamix). I hope it comes out all right!
