Young man wins court battle to NOT continue on chemotherapy. Anyone see that article in the news yesterday about the young man that had to fight the courts to stop his chemo because a social worker reported him to the authorities? The article went on to say that the man changed his mind and was going to continue on down more natural and nutritional avenue than chemo and thank God, the judge sided with him.
This is the second article I've read this year about the courts intervining in a person's healthcare issue in regards to chemo.
