The modern food diet of cooked, de-mineralized, de-vitaminized food accompanied by poor elimination, produces a great deal of acid poisons which bathe the cells of the body causing pain, swelling, and inflammation. When accompanied by a lack of organic sodium, calcium tends to settle in the various parts of the system, for sodium is the mineral which helps to keep calcium in proper solution so the body can utilize it.
When this calcium settles in the joints, we have the condition known as arthritis. When it settles in the gall bladder or the kidneys, then we have gall stones or kidney stones. And when it settles in the walls of the arteries, then we have high blood pressure or hardening of the arteries.
