I'm a big fan of the raw food diet -- it makes so much sense and it can change your life. I'm also a big fan of The Live Food Factor, an absolutely fabulous book about it. The author is a woman named Susan Schenck. I love her style -- informal, yet very informative. The book is packed with interesting, useful and mind-blowing nuggets of information. And recipes, too!
