2 cups freshly ground organic golden flax (grind it in the vitamix by quickly moving it around with the pusher)
2 cups raw organic sesame seeds - brown
1/2 cup dried or fresh parsley, washed, dried well and chopped fine
Mix these together in large bowl.
1 cup carrot chunks. Could use more or a different vegetable.
Blend creamy with:
1/2 jalapeno pepper fresh or dried1 - 2 cups dry tomatoes soaked or use 3 - 4 ripe tomatoes and less water
4 stalks of celery
2 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Water to blend about 2 cups added gradually as needed to blend.
Blend these together until creamy and add to seed mixture and stir to blend well.
You might have to add a bit more water.
Spread it out on 6 teflex sheet equally and smooth and square almost to edge.
Carefully score with a thin knife to size desired (I make 7 cuts each way to make 64 little crackers per sheet).
Dry 8 - 10 hours. Flip the teflex and peel off leaving the wet side of the crackers up.
Dry another 18 to 24 hours.
Makes a gallon jar full. I store this in the freezer and remove what I want. They thaw quickly.
