2 apples, peeled, cored
1 T lemon juice
1/4 C yogurt
1 T prepared horseradish
2 T minced or ground walnuts
Grate apples, immediately combine with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Serve dip with chips, crackers, or vegetable dippers.
