Stuffed Peppers
1 cup alfalfa
1 cup lentil sprouts
1/2 medium avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon tamari
4 green or sweet red peppers, hollowed out
Mix sprouts, avocado, tamari, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
Stuff mixture into hollowed out peppers and serve on a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
