Blend the following ingredients in a blender until smooth:
3 Cups almond mylk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 medium orange (peeled)
1 Fresh or frozen banana
2 tablespoons honey or 1/4 cup of pitted dates
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup of ice (ice is not necessary if you use frozen fruit).
Serves 4-5 people.
