5 Red peppers
1/2 medium red onion
A bunch of chopped parsley (added after blending)
1/2 cup of Dulse
1 cup of Rejuvelac
After blending add 1/4 cup sesame seeds and chopped parsley.

Avocado and red pepper? How does it taste? I can't imagine myself drinking this one. But it sounds healthy. Is it safe for diabetic individual?
