Great recipe, thank you for sharing. I love sauerkraut! I use the sauerkraut makers / sauerkraut pickling crocks, and cabbage shredders from Mike Snyder at , They work great and make delicious food. I recommend using the Sauerkraut Maker and pickling crocks because they do not require using a brick, plastic bag, towel, or plate to weigh down the cabbage.
