Anidawehi Plantation - The New Raw Food Spa
We are so excited to bring to your attention the launching of a new raw food spa, the Anidawehi Plantation. While most all detoxing and healing spas and retreats build dependency, (you have to come back again and again), our program at Anidawehi creates empowerment, as we are equipping you with the knowledge to take control of your health and wellness, and to continue to improve and progress on your own.
In the rest of this email, we will attache the information about, and the press release. As we were in the process of creating this program, we were not able to teach as many classes and seminars, and we neglected Atlanta in particular. Please stay in touch, as we will soon announce our seminar program for 2008. Please forward the information about Anidawehi to your interested friends, and relatives. Finally, there is a program that really going to change people's lives.
Peace and love,
Jackie Gideon

I have been living in Panama for the last few months and bought some property close to the beach. My plan is to make a place available for raw foodists in exchange for giving me a hand or preferably two capable hands.
I live in a friend´s house adjacent to my place until my casita is ready to move in. The construction will start in about a month.
So far Costa Rica was considered the paradise for raw foodists. Lots of rain, I spent some weeks there, and boy it rains, everything is damp. Panama does not much lag behind, but it is not as bad. we have summertime now, it gets hot during the day for a few hours, but the nights are real cool, great for sleeping.
I live about 9 miles away from a deserted beach. I get there with my new red motorcycle. Lots of coconut trees there, if you know how to climb the trees, I am sure you can consume the pipas as they are called, right there. Otherwise you pay 25 cents per pipa, sometimes 10 cent, fresh, organic, delicious. Papayas are available for $1 to $2. Bananas 50 cent for about two dozen. Pineapples go for 50 cent to $1. Mangoes and avocados grow on the property, they are free if in season of course.
I am looking for somebody who knows about construction. I work with someone who lived in Switzerland for 15 years, but true to his heart he is still Panamese, promises a lot and does not necessarily deliver. If you know about putting a foundation down, know the ratio to yield great concrete and know how to put one brick on top of the other so the wall will survive an earthquake and have some fun in the process, come and visit. The reward will be wonderful. Location in Panama: Chiriqui, Pacific side, about 1 hour east of David. Please contact me if you are seriously interested at [email protected] We can discuss the details.

About a year ago we sent out an email asking if anyone would be interested in being part of a raw vegan eco housing community. We received over 200 responses from families and individuals who were interested! We even had four people offer land for this project. Based on the communications that followed, and after much thought, we have come up with a vision for a Raw Vegan Village. You can read our vision along with some beautiful pictures and a map at http://www.TheGardenDiet.com/rawveganvillage
